Teeth Protectors Harbor Deadly Bacteria
Parents have been using them for a long time, protectors that are made of rubber designed to protect your child’s teeth and gums during strenuous activity. The only problem, researchers have found a variety of deadly bacteria some of them considered to be super-bugs or antibiotic resistant bacteria. Now that does not go to say that kids are better off without them but be sure that they are cleaned thoroughly each and every time they are used.
Newer generations of these rubber inserts are made of new generation materials that by design are resistant to bacterial growth and even kills bacteria on contact preventing infections from taking hold. Better safe than sorry so do clean those teeth protectors so your kids stay healthy, even if they have perfect teeth.
