3 Causes of Bad Breath
There is not much worse than bad breath, is there? The most gorgeous person on earth can suddenly find himself or herself the talk (and not good talk) of the town if he or she has bad breath. The trick to avoiding bad breath is to know what causes it in the first place. Here are the three most common causes of bad breath.
Food debris accumulated over time. You may not know it but if you don’t brush regularly and properly, tiny food debris can accumulate in between your teeth, the gums, and on your tongue. Make sure that you brush your teeth (and tongue) properly.
Smoking. This habit can lead to the accumulation of nicotine and tar inside the oral cavity. These things can cause bad breath.
Gum disease or tooth decay. If you have a dental condition, the bacteria can produce bad breath. Once you know you have a problem, have it treated immediately.
